Honey Stinger Energy Chews, Box of 12

I bought these more for a snack, not an energy boost. I haven't felt any energy boost after eating them, but I'm not sensitive to those types of food/products. I honestly cannot think of anything that helps me when I'm drained except carbohydrates. But as far as the flavor and snack-appeal, I love these! They are bursting with flavor but not too sweet. I love them simply for snacking.

I just did my first half marathon that I barely trained for. Every time I was feeling fatiqued I took one of these and they lift me right up. I really didn't think they would do anything for me but I decided to try them anyway. Honestly, without them I don't know if I would have made the finish line when I did. They are great!

I love these energy chews! I eat 2-3 pieces at a time and they keep me going for the entire ride. They work fast and aren't hard on my stomach.
Cherry Cola is my favorite flavor. I also like the pink lemonade and the fruit smoothie is good.

I have tried the pink lemonade and fruit smoothie flavors, and I love these chews! They are essentially large fruit snacks, but they really do the trick during longer runs. I could also see them being good to eat before running in the morning to avoid an empty stomach, but also not eating too heavy. I like to eat a couple before a run and then a couple every mile or so in. I agree that they take a little bit to kick in, but I have felt great when I've used them. They are easy to stick in a pocket and pop in during the run. Highly recommend!

I was introduced to these at a running event and since switched to them as my energy chew. I've previously tried other gummy chews which work really well but also get stuck in my teeth and dry out my mouth. These chews don't get stuck in my teeth and I can pop them in without worrying about immediately finding a water source. I use them at the gym and running long distances. The only thing I dislike is the packaging makes it difficult to remove the chews without stopping a workout. This is particularly frustrating during a race so I tend to remove them from the package prior to starting to avoid fishing around trying to grab one.
