Great customer service, great headphones

Purchased these in August...great sound quality, but audio files did not play in order and drive was inexplicably filled up. Aftershokz customer service tried to sort it out, but was not able to do so. CycleXP took the first pair back and replaced them with a new pair. Super customer service from both Aftershokz and CycleXP. The Xtrainerz are terrific. Easy to load audio files, great sound quality, comfortable to wear.

I am in love!! My AfterShokz Xtrainerz are awesome! I swim with them 3-4 times a week and use them while I’m walking. Great sound and really easy to load music on. I am very happy with the service from Cycle XP as well. Fast service!!
