KMC X-SL 9 Speed 116L Chain

It's winter where I live so I haven't used my new chain yet. However, I have used KMC X9SL chains on my recumbent for the past 5 years. I change chains annually with 3500 + miles. BTW I use 3 chains each year.- 265 links.

Used to rebuild a horribly filthy and gunky drivetrain along with new pulley wheels and cassette. This is the 3rd time I've purchased a variant of this chain (11s/10s/9s), but usually go for the gold ones for aesthetics. Smooth shifts on my old 105 groupset make me a happy camper and return buyer.

Noticeable improvement in shifting. I upgraded from the regular KMC X9 chain.

This is my third KMA superlite chain. I have had very good luck with all 3. I keep the chain and drivetrain clean and lubed, usually replace chain at 1500-2000 miles.
I like to climb but don't have the legs of a sprinter, so no issues with stretched or broken chains. I am a big fanatic about clean crisp shifting. This chain design is great.

Great quality and seems and feels really well made.
